Discussion:
    - used to treat gout;
    - 40 mg or 80 mg once daily;
    - for patients that do not achieve a serum uric acid level of less than 6 after two weeks of uloric, 80 mg dose is indicated;
    - contraindicated in patient taking azathioprine, and theophylline;
