* For Staphlococcus; (Penicillinase Res. Penicillin);
* Poorly absorbed orally, cloxacillin or dicloxacillin better for PO use;
* Intersitial nephritis can occur with high doses;
* Reduce dose in Renal failure;

- 20% of drug will be excreted in to urine (w/ nl RF(x))
