- Discussion:
- most indicated for the treatment of INH resistant tuberculosis;
- 15 to 25 mg/kg/day to a maximum dose of 1.2 gms per day;
- medication is continued for 2-3 months;
- aluminum will decrease absorption;

- Complications:
- retrobulbar neuritis, blurred vision, red-green color blindness
